Workshop content has been created by four distinct committees, each representing different types of planners and suppliers. The committee’s suggestions have then been scheduled in four different tracks geared towards the following:

Corporate Planner

a planner working within a company or an independent planner organizing corporate meetings such as sales meetings, advisory boards, incentives etc.

Conference Planner

a planner working within a professional association, with a Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) or independently but organizing mainly educational conferences

Special Event Planner

a planner working within a company or an independent planner organizing and/or producing special events such as galas, banquets, concerts, tours, parties, themed events etc.

Supplier

a supplier to the event industry including professionals working at hotels, tourism boards, venues and all types of suppliers
